Personalized Travel
Deposits are non-refundable
Cancellations of payments made excluding the initial deposit are subject to refund per the vendors cancellation policy.
In cases where the travel supplier (e.g., hotel, car agency, or tour operator) has its own cancellation policies, those will apply, and the client will be responsible for any additional fees.
Cancellations made less than 60 days before the scheduled travel departure date may not be eligible refund.
Airfare is non-transferrable and non-refundable
Group Tours Travel
All deposits and payments made for group travel bookings are non-refundable
If plans change, you may be able to transfer your trip to another traveler, not all trips are transferrable, reach out to your travel advisor to confirm if your trip is eligible; fees may apply for name changes and associated cost.
Transfers are not permitted within 90 days of the travel date
Airfare is non-transferrable and non-refundable
If Travel Klub cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments made will be refunded.
